Greetings all-
Wow! this project has transformed since the mid-review. I am very glad to see the revised unit sizes - much more realistic, and I like the consideration given to private outdoor spaces - although I am wondering if they could be a little smaller to simplify the form a little bit - given the context of the older, and, in some cases, rather stately residential forms.
Have you had a chance to consider the parking issue as well? I am seeing a rather large plinth and suspect that it may be parking - with alley access?
One last question about the nw corner of the site and the space under that overhang - what is going on there and how can it be a little friendlier to the building across the way?
Just a couple of things to think about. Great work, and I look forward to seeing you on the 5th!
Loulie
